Manual hot press operation steps:
1. Place the sample into the mold and tighten the screw;
2. Open the thermostat, press the SET button to select the set temperature value, then press the+- button to change the size of the control temperature value, and press the CAL button to exit after confirmation;
3. The mold starts to heat up until it reaches the temperature we set, generally not exceeding 300 ℃;
4. Tighten the oil drain valve, shake the pressure lever to start pressurizing, and pressurize to the required pressure;
5. Maintain pressure for a period of time;
6. Set the heating temperature of the thermostat to 0 and stop heating;
7. Turn on the water cooler and quickly cool down the heating plate to room temperature, or naturally cool down to room temperature;
8. Release the pressure from the tablet press and remove the sample from the press
