1. Servo Motor Driven Mechanisms
Both the workpiece clamping and the feed movement of the drill box are driven by front and rear servo motors, ensuring safe and reliable operations with current overload protection. The feed system delivers strong feed force, facilitating powerful boring capabilities.
2. Machine Structure and Spindle Drive
The machine bed offers excellent rigidity and stability in maintaining precision. The main spindle box and the drill rod box are powered by wide-frequency AC variable frequency motors, providing a broad speed range, high output torque, and a wide working torque area, ideal for boring a wide range of workpiece diameters.
3. Feed System and CNC Control
The feed system employs a dual gear rack driven by servo motors, offering high transmission precision and substantial feed torque suitable for various deep hole machining processes. 5. Tailstock and Workpiece Support

Based on the characteristics of the workpiece, the machine only comes with a workpiece support, which can be released after the workpiece is clamped by the front and rear faceplates. Depending on the material characteristics of the workpiece, machine-clampable indexable BTA drill bits and deep hole boring heads are used for high-speed cutting.
