Static Abrasive Belts utilize a specialized particle size selection method to ensure uniformity across all grain sizes, surpassing traditional sand standards. This precision enables precision polishing belts to maintain a constant grain size, achieving extremely high surface accuracy. Compared to conventional coated abrasives, the raw materials, manufacturing processes, packaging, and storage environments of precision polishing belts are cleaner and more consistent. They feature a specially developed synthetic resin binder that securely bonds the abrasive to the backing, ensuring consistent quality and polishing effects. These belts support the use of grinding fluids like emulsions and water for cooling and lubrication, and are compatible with spray cooling systems. The backing of precision polishing belts is made of high-precision, strong materials. For final polishing of shaft-type workpieces, a polyester film with anti-slip properties is ideal, overcoming the elasticity issues of conventional cloth or paper backings under high stress to achieve high micro-surface smoothness.
