The V-LINE® system consists of a plasticizing unit for melting resin and an injection unit for measuring and injecting. Coupled with the unique high-repeatability injection and plasticization control technology, it achieves a higher level of stable molding accuracy.

The self-developed control system features better high-speed digital processing capabilities and a more complex communication system. This improves the control accuracy of every operation, including highly responsive injection control. Additionally, a high-precision temperature control system is employed, enabling more accurate control of the heater temperature than before and realizing highly reproducible and precise molding.
Standard: Compliant with International Safety Standards
It complies with the international injection molding machine safety standard ISO20430 (JIS B 6711). It also meets the EUROMAP63 and EUROMAP77 (OPC UA communication) injection molding machine data integration interface specifications stipulated by Europe and the United States.
