On August 22nd, under the guidance of the Qingdao Big Data Development Management Bureau, the first meeting of the third member representative conference of the Qingdao Big Data Development Promotion Association and the 2025 Big Data Development Conference, hosted by the Qingdao Big Data Development Promotion Association and organized by companies such as COSMOPlat, were held at the Shinan District Integrated Media Center.
The conference elected the third council of Qingdao Big Data Development Promotion Association, and Chen Lucheng, Chairman and General Manager of Kaos IoT Technology Co., Ltd., was elected as the chairman of the third council. At the same time, at the conference, Guan Xiangzhen, General Manager of Government and Enterprise Affairs at Kaos, gave a keynote speech, sharing the exploration and practice of the platform's assistance in integrating data and reality, and creating data services.
The Qingdao Big Data Development Promotion Association, also known as the Qingdao Big Data Alliance, currently has nearly 600 member units and hundreds of expert think tank members. It is a government enterprise bridge and core service platform for the application and industrial development of big data in Qingdao. After eight years of development, the Promotion Association has released nearly 30 data related group standards. It is the only "social think tank" in the IT field recognized by the Qingdao Municipal Government and the only local sub alliance recognized by the National Big Data Industry Ecological Alliance.
