Lingbao CASBOT collaborates with Zhaojin Group and China National Mining Corporation to lead the commercialization trend of embodied intelligent robots

Recently, the general humanoid robot brand Lingbao CASBOT has officially reached a strategic cooperation agreement with Shandong Zhaojin Group and Shandong Zhongkuang Group. The three parties have established a joint venture company, "Zhongke Deep Mining Body Intelligent Robot (Yantai) Co., Ltd.", focusing on the fields of underground mining body robots and comprehensive mine safety patrols. Fully leverage their core advantages in technology research and development, industrial practice, and other fields, promote the intelligent transformation process of the mining industry, and inject strong momentum into industry safety production and transformation and upgrading.

This strategic cooperation is the first landing case of a humanoid robot manufacturer deeply embedded in the mining energy scene. It not only responds to the important practice of the National Mining Safety Administration's "Guiding Opinions on Deepening the Construction of Mining Intelligence and Promoting Mining Safety Development", but also marks the leading commercialization process of Lingbao CASBOT in the field of humanoid robots. Through the deep integration of technology and scenes, it injects new quality productivity potential into the profound transformation of productivity and production relations.

Technology empowers the foundation of the industry and promotes the intelligentization of mines

In the era of deep integration of global mining transformation and technological revolution, the mining industry is standing at a critical juncture of historic change. The forefront technology wave represented by artificial intelligence, embodied intelligence, and industrial Internet of Things has become a new development direction. The transformation from unmanned and intelligent has been upgraded from technological exploration to breaking through development bottlenecks and building a new engine for high-quality development in the mining industry.

The "combination punch" continuously released by the policy side provides solid support for the intelligent transformation of mines. The policy documents such as the Implementation Plan for the "Robot+" Application Action and the Guiding Opinions on Deepening the Construction of Mine Intelligence and Promoting Mine Safety Development have been successively issued, indicating the direction for the construction of mine intelligence. The policy clearly states that by 2026, the replacement rate of intelligent equipment or robots for hazardous and heavy positions in coal mines and non coal mines shall not be less than 30% and 20% respectively, and the number of underground personnel in mines nationwide shall be reduced by more than 10%. By 2030, establish a complete intelligent technology, equipment, and management system for mines, and achieve deep integration and shared application of mining data. Building a strong defense line for safety production with technological strength and driving industry transformation and upgrading has become the main theme.

A series of policies anchor the two directions of safety production and transformation and upgrading, empower the industry with technology to build a solid foundation for development, and promote the intelligent construction of mines to enter the "fast lane".

The widespread application of intelligent technology has generated significant benefits in the mining industry. With the gradual penetration of intelligence into various aspects of the mining workflow, the industry has initially achieved a positive feedback of "reducing personnel, increasing safety, reducing costs, and improving efficiency". The popularization of automated mining equipment and intelligent monitoring systems has significantly reduced the risk of manual intervention and improved production efficiency.

However, the process of intelligence is not smooth sailing, and there are still obstacles that urgently need to be overcome. Some deep mountain old mines are limited by complex geological conditions and weak infrastructure, making intelligent transformation difficult. The bottleneck of manual operation efficiency and safety hazards coexist, becoming a key factor hindering the comprehensive implementation of industry intelligence.

To clear intelligent blockages, it is not only necessary to have large-scale automated intelligent equipment, but also to closely integrate new generation intelligent products such as underground body robots and mine comprehensive safety patrol robots. Especially, underground body robots have the advantages of agile operation and cross scene operation, which can penetrate deep into the underground and solve the "last centimeter" application problem, and unleash the application value of new quality productivity.
