In the video showcasing the collaborative capabilities of multiple machines in multiple production and manufacturing processes, the MagicBot humanoid robot, also known as the Magic Atomic, demonstrates its abilities in product inspection, material handling, part grasping, and scanning operations. From the video, it can also be seen that in some work scenarios, multiple humanoid robots can work together: in a certain process, one robot lifts the material box from the production material assembly point, transports it to the workstation where another humanoid robot is located, and the other robot can grab parts from the material box and place them on the production equipment for operation.

It is reported that the humanoid robot Magicbot currently stationed in the factory has 42 degrees of freedom throughout its body, with a maximum weight capacity of 20 kilograms for dual arm handling and up to 40 kilograms for full body weight. The MagicBot body is made of high-strength materials and has undergone lightweight processing to enhance its endurance. Currently, its comprehensive endurance under continuous walking, operation and other actions can reach up to 5 hours.

In a video released by Tesla this year, the self-developed core components and core algorithms empower the implementation of factory scenarios. The Tesla humanoid robot Optimus Prime sorts and transports batteries in the factory. From the publicly available video of Magic Atom, it can be seen that the humanoid robot MagicBot has also carried out multiple operations in the factory, including material handling, parts picking and placing, product quality inspection, scanning and warehousing.

These homework abilities place high demands on the environmental adaptability, motion control, and operational capabilities of humanoid robots. Taking material handling and product quality inspection as examples, the joint module design of humanoid robots can directly affect their working ability by providing sufficient torque and force to carry heavy objects.
