The 10000th robot goes offline and Purdue Robotics leads the global service robot to mass produce on a large scale

On June 10th, at the Pudu Super Factory located in Jianhu, Yancheng, Jiangsu, Shenzhen Pudu Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Pudu Robot") welcomed the production of its 100000th robot, marking an important milestone of cumulative product shipments reaching 100000 units. This achievement not only demonstrates Purdue's leading position in the global market, but also marks a new stage in the commercialization of service robots on a global scale.

The official launch of the 10000th robot marks a new milestone for Purdue Robotics in global market expansion and large-scale production. We will continue to deepen our multi category product matrix, multi technology stack embodied intelligence, and specialized, humanoid, and multi form development layout, injecting new momentum into the intelligent transformation and upgrading of global customers, "said Zhang Tao, founder and CEO of Purdue Robotics

Building Global Manufacturing Power: From Jianhu Super Factory to the World

The Pudu Robot Jianhu Factory was officially put into operation in August 2024, covering an area of over 40000 square meters and with an annual production capacity of up to 100000 units at full capacity. The factory adopts IoT technology to achieve intelligent management of the entire lifecycle of robot products through supplier collaboration, IPD process integration, production quality traceability, and warehouse management. The significantly improved efficiency and stable quality have set a new benchmark for mass production in the global service robot industry.

Purdue's manufacturing system not only ensures its leading position in high quality and high delivery capability, but also serves as an important support for its globalization strategy. At present, Purdue's overseas revenue remains stable at over 80%, with business covering more than 60 countries and regions worldwide, and leading the commercial service robot market with nearly half of the market share. By deeply implementing the Global Localization (Glocal) strategy, Purdue Robotics' products have been widely loved by domestic and foreign markets, and the cat shaped robot Bella has become a phenomenal product for Chinese robots going global. With strong mass production capabilities, Purdue robots can better meet the rapidly growing demand from the global market.

Multi category and multi form: leading the commercial landing of service robots

In the factory testing area, various types of robots such as Bella, Lightning Box, PUDU CC1, PUDU T300, etc. are undergoing strict and orderly testing, including aging testing, obstacle avoidance testing, slope testing, etc. The high standard testing and quality control processes in the industry provide solid quality assurance for the product delivery of Purdue Robotics, which fully embodies Purdue Robotics' customer-centric values.

It is worth noting that the 10000th robot to be produced during the ceremony is PUDU CC1 Pro, the latest AI all-in-one cleaning robot released by Purdue. This product achieves AI automation in all aspects of cleaning operations, marking the official entry of commercial cleaning robots into the AI era.

Nowadays, Purdue has built a product system covering three main lines: service delivery, commercial cleaning, and industrial delivery, making it the most diverse and complete service robot enterprise in the industry. The multi category product matrix provides customers with a one-stop product experience, greatly reducing their learning, usage, management, and maintenance costs. It also fully demonstrates Purdue Robotics' industry-leading engineering capabilities and mature mass production capabilities.

Specialized, humanoid, humanoid: promoting mass production of multi form embodied intelligent robots

In addition, in 2024, Purdue first proposed in the industry that dedicated, humanoid, and humanoid forms would jointly form the future ecology of the robotics industry, and subsequently launched humanoid robots PUDU D7 and PUDU D9, becoming the first company in the industry to complete a comprehensive layout of dedicated, humanoid, and humanoid robot products. In March of this year, Purdue Robotics officially released the world's first humanoid embodied intelligent service robot, the Lightning Box Arm, which has become the focus of industry and media attention. Unlike industry players who are still in the laboratory stage, Purdue's complex hardware engineering and mass production capabilities provide a strong advantage foundation for the mass production and commercialization of humanoid and humanoid robots in the future.

According to Deloitte's research statistics, it is expected that by 2035, the global service robot market will reach a size of $195 billion, with broad market prospects, among which commercial service robots are the key growth engine. With its systematic advantages in product technology innovation, manufacturing capabilities, and global expansion, Purdue Robotics is accelerating industry transformation. In 2023, Purdue Robotics will rank first in the world with a market share of 23%. In the future, Purdue will continue to empower various industries with leading service robot products, promote innovative practices in the second half of the commercial service robot industry, and assist in the intelligent transformation and sustainable development of global segmented industries.
