The China Machinery & Electronic Products Service Center – Thailand has been officially introduced and launched in Samut Sakhon, Thailand, with the strong support and guidance of the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products (CCCME). The service center is operated by Hangzhou Tanda Machinery Import & Export Co., Ltd. and TANDA Machinery Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd., and is powered by the ASEANMACHINE platform.
This initiative aims to assist Chinese manufacturers in expanding their presence in Thailand and Southeast Asia by offering localized support in exhibition, installation, after-sales service, and market coordination.
Located in a 4,000 square meter facility, the service center includes a fully functional equipment showroom, demonstration areas, customer reception zones, and service offices. With this infrastructure, the center enables real-time product display, face-to-face technical discussions, and local after-sales response capabilities.
To support enterprises comprehensively, the center focuses on four key areas:
l Product Display & Sales Support: Providing localized exposure through sample exhibition and customer engagement
l Installation & After-sales Service: Coordinating local technical teams for on-site setup, adjustment, and equipment training
l Market Intelligence & Advisory: Offering insights on industry trends and client interests to guide business strategy
l Resource Coordination: Helping enterprises connect with logistics providers, warehousing solutions, and local certification or compliance resources
The service center serves as a collaborative platform for:
l Chinese enterprises seeking to enter or grow in the Thai market
l Local Thai distributors and agents
l Southeast Asian procurement companies
Backed by the ASEANMACHINE platform (www.aseanmachine.com), which specializes in industrial machinery, consumables, and precision tools, the center offers an efficient bridge connecting Chinese supply with Southeast Asian demand.
This initiative represents a new step toward deepening industrial cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative and promoting the digital and service-based transformation of Chinese manufacturing overseas.
