Thailand Manufacturing Output Softens Amid Uneven Sector Performance

Thailand’s manufacturing output declined by approximately 0.7% in 2025, despite a modest rebound toward the end of the year, according to recent market analysis.

While sectors such as electrical equipment and electronics recorded growth, others including petroleum products and apparel faced continued pressure from weak demand and production adjustments. Analysts expect Thailand’s manufacturing sector to stabilise gradually, with economic growth projected to improve in the second half of 2026.

The mixed performance highlights the ongoing structural adjustments taking place across Thailand’s industrial landscape.
