Description
The KGS-4080WM1 is the 'precision servo three-axis production' grade of KENT's 4080 large wet-grinding series: X hydraulic reciprocation, Y hydraulic auto in-feed and a Z-axis AC servo for programmable auto downfeed. A Mitsubishi PLC touch pendant stores multiple grinding recipes (rough allowance, finish allowance, spark-out dwell, reciprocation count) for unattended batch cycles that auto-stop on completion and survive a power cut. The Meehanite double-wall casting is long-cycle stress-relieved; X/Y hard rails carry hand-scraped Turcite-B for crawl-free, low-vibration grinding of large plates. Built for long stamping dies, plastic mold frames, hydraulic backing plates and precision inserts — a staple of the Chonburi / Rayong mold cluster, where local agents stock servo, PLC and spindle-bearing spares.
