KENT KTM-3 Turret Milling Machine (Used)

The KTM-3 is the compact (10"×42" table) member of KENT's turret-mill line, the workhorse of small hardware, repair and jig shops. The ram head slides on the overarm and tilts ±45° left/right and front/back for angled faces and slots; the R8 quill (Ø86 mm, 127 mm / 5" travel) has 3-rate automatic downfeed (0.04/0.08/0.15 mm/rev) and a 16-step 65–4,660 rpm spindle. Travels are X 805 / Y 360 / Z 320 mm with electronic power feed, and a central one-shot pump lubricates the ways and screws. The HT250 aged cast body resists distortion in hot Thai workshops and CP precision angular spindle bearings keep runout low for fine finishing. Two variants exist: the standard 3M runs a dovetail Y-way (1,100 kg, high liquidity, best for hardware and single-piece repair), while the reinforced 3MH runs a box Y-way (1,300 kg, no chatter on thick stock, preferred for plastic/stamping molds and batch steel work).
