1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using ASEAN Machine, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

  • ASEAN Machine is a B2B platform connecting Southeast Asian manufacturers with industrial equipment suppliers. We provide product catalogs, AI-assisted equipment selection, technical articles, and inquiry routing to suppliers.
  • We are an information and matching service. Final purchase contracts are between you and the equipment supplier.

3. User Obligations

  • Provide accurate inquiry information.
  • Use the service for legitimate business purposes only.
  • Do not scrape, mass-download, or reverse-engineer the platform.
  • Do not attempt to inject prompts or manipulate the AI assistant.
  • Do not submit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All site content (text, layout, code) is owned by ASEAN Machine or licensed to us.
  • Manufacturer specifications are sourced from public catalogs and credited to their original publishers.
  • You may quote brief excerpts with attribution. Bulk reproduction requires written permission.

5. Equipment Information Disclaimer

  • Specifications, prices, and availability are reference information collected from manufacturer publications. Final binding terms come from the supplier in their formal quotation.
  • We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any equipment data. Always verify with the supplier before purchase.

6. AI Assistant Disclaimer

  • Recommendations from our AI assistant are advisory, generated by a large language model based on the catalog. They are not engineering recommendations.
  • Always consult qualified engineers and the equipment supplier for final selection and integration.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • ASEAN Machine is provided "as is" without warranties.
  • We are not liable for: errors in equipment specifications, downtime, lost profits, or any indirect damages arising from use of the service.
  • Maximum aggregate liability is limited to fees you have paid us in the prior 12 months (or USD 100 if no fees were paid).

8. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify ASEAN Machine against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Disputes are resolved by arbitration in Hong Kong under HKIAC rules.

10. Changes

  • We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
