On the far end of the exhaust gas pipe, a primary atomizer is fitted. Due to the long-term presence of water mist in pipe and the reduced accumulation of greasy silth on inner wall of pipe, the fire ignition hazard in pipe is utterly eliminated.
As the concentration of soot and dust in workshop is lowered down to the permissible level specified by environmental protection standard for the concentration of harmful matters in workshop, the working condition in workshop is optimized, beneficial to the physical and mental health of operators.
The concentration in of soot and dust of purified gas is much below the level specified by the state gas emission standard. Reduction of emission of pollutants and environmental pollution is an unswerving social responsibility of an enterprise
It is much lower in operating cost because only water is used as the medium for dust removal.
