Fully-automatic loading machine:Single , double-and 3-working position versions are available for selection. There is also a rotary loading mechanism for automatic changeover of storing position and loading position.
Roller heating furnace : It is used for atmosphere protecting heating of disk springs. The radiant tubes are arranged in an up and down manner for ensuring uniformity of temperature in heating area.
Roller driving system: The ceramic roller assembly is a detachable and bent -resistant mechanism with less heat dissipation. The special roller assembly is also available for treating smalldiameter parts with an effective diameter as small as 100mm. It is particularly suitable for treating ribbed diaphragm springs and disc springs in batch quantities.
Special clutch diaphragm spring press quenching machine : the specially - designed machine which incorporates a multiple of patented technologies of Yajie Technology is stable in operation and capable of making linear adjustment and rapid matching of moulds.

Unloading/stacking unit can be provided for realization of automatic unloading operation.
