Products Features
1: The stepped beam and large column gantry frame structure is adopted to ensure even load distribution on the grinding head and rigidity during heavy grinding. The bed is of double V structure and the crossbeam adopts the hard rail process with steel inlay guide rail, which provides high working accuracy, high rigidity and durability.
2: The bed and table are made of high-precision wear-resistant cast iron, and the optimized structure design provides good resistance to bending and torsion and stable precision. The table reciprocating motion is driven by one pushing and one pulling cylinder, high-flow duplex pump and independent hydraulic station, which eliminates the influence of temperature rise of hydraulic oil and lubricating oil on the accuracy of the machine; the guideway is affixed with Teflon soft tape, which has good wear resistance and low noise.
3: Vertical feed and lateral feed movement are driven by servo motor and reducer drive machine precision ball screw vice, and electronic hand wheel is available for tool setting and micro feed.
4: The grinding head adopts imported precision rolling bearing spindle, and the horizontal grinding head is also equipped with hydrostatic spindle; the hydraulic balancing cylinder is equipped to reduce the vertical screw load.
5: The longitudinal guideway adopts automatic continuous lubrication, and the vertical and horizontal guideways and screw subsets adopt automatic centralized lubrication to effectively prevent strain due to oil loss.
6: The cooling box equipped with magnetic separation filter ensures the coolant circulation.
7: The program control system is equipped with Omron programmable controller as standard, and the grinding process parameters can be set or changed on the display, which is easy and convenient to operate and cost-effective; the CNC system is equipped with Taiwan Xin Dai brand as standard, and it can also be equipped with Siemens, Fanuc, GuangDu and other systems according to the user’s needs, or add the function of forming and grinding. The closed cooling water circulation tank structure makes the production site clean.
