The Membrane Separation Nitrogen Production Equipment utilizes advanced membrane technology to efficiently separate nitrogen from compressed air. Machine Working Principle:

Membrane separation for nitrogen production utilizes the selective permeation and diffusion characteristics of different gas components, allowing air to be physically separated through a thin membrane to obtain nitrogen.

Each gas has a different permeation rate: oxygen, carbon dioxide, water vapor, and other gases have a faster permeation rate, passing through the high-pressure inner fiber wall to the low-pressure outer wall and being discharged from one end of the membrane module.

Gases with slower permeation rates—such as nitrogen—remain and are enriched on the high-pressure side, then discharged from the other end of the membrane module, thereby achieving the separation of oxygen and nitrogen.
