Machine Working Principle:
Under a certain pressure, the PSA Nitrogen Generator utilizes the difference in diffusion rates of oxygen and nitrogen molecules in the air through carbon molecular sieves. Oxygen molecules are rapidly adsorbed by the carbon molecular sieves, while nitrogen molecules are enriched in the gas phase, achieving the separation of oxygen and nitrogen.
Our system adopts a dual-tower adsorption process based on the principle of pressure swing adsorption. One tower adsorbs to produce nitrogen, while the other desorbs for regeneration. The two towers operate alternately in cycles, continuously producing high-purity nitrogen in a stable and efficient manner.
