The TZ-MG series gantry robot production line is designed for high-speed, high-precision, and fully automated machining operations. 1: High-speed and high-precision operation with X-axis speed up to 150 m/min and acceleration up to 3G; repeat positioning accuracy reaches 0.015 mm.
2: Maximum payload of 10 kg, supporting high-frequency, high-load part handling.
3: Compatible with CNC lathes, machining centers, and grinding machines; supports multi-machine configurations such as 1-to-2, 1-to-5, up to 1-to-20 setups.
4: Integrated system with 22” real-time monitoring screen and 10.1” tablet operation panel for intuitive control.
5: Modular design enables optional functions like workpiece inspection, cleaning, and laser marking.
6: Supports simultaneous operation of multiple robotic arms to meet different production takt time requirements.
