The TZ-MU series is built for ultra-heavy workpiece automation, featuring high payload capacity, precise motion control, and modular intelligent integration. Product Features:
1: Supports ultra-heavy payloads up to 1000 kg, enabling full automation of large-scale machining operations.
2: Repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.015 mm with 4-axis coordinated motion and motion compensation functions.
3: Compatible with CNC lathes, machining centers, and grinders; configurable for 1-to-2 up to 1-to-20 machine setups.
4: Modular integration of smart functions including workpiece inspection, automatic cleaning, and laser marking.
5: Equipped with a 22” real-time monitoring screen and 10.1” touchscreen tablet for intelligent operation.
6: All-steel structure with triple stress-relief processing ensures exceptional stability and durability under heavy loads.
7: Multiple robotic arms can be deployed simultaneously based on takt time requirements to enhance line efficiency.
