Products Features
1: Gantry fixed-beam structure layout, solid structure and good precision stability.
2: Optimized structure design, good bending and torsion resistance, workpiece grinding surface roughness and corrugation are significantly reduced.
3: The table reciprocating motion is driven by external hydraulic station, which eliminates the influence of temperature rise of hydraulic oil and lubricating oil on machine accuracy.
4: Vertical feed and lateral feed are driven by servo motor and reducer drive machine with precision ball screw sub-drives, and electronic handwheel is available for tool setting and micro-feed.
5: The standard configuration of grinding head is imported precision rolling bearing spindle, and we can also configure dynamic and static grinding head spindle for customers.
6: All guideways adopt automatic centralized lubrication to effectively prevent strain due to oil loss. The guideways for the transverse movement of the grinding head are all made of steel with special technology to ensure the accuracy and service life of the transverse movement, which is suitable for heavy load cutting. The rectangular sliding guide is adopted for the lifting of the grinding head, and the guide surface is widened and thickened to ensure sufficient rigidity for the lifting of the grinding head.
7: The programmable control system is equipped with Japanese Omron programmable controller as standard, and the grinding process parameters can be set or changed on the display, which is easy and convenient to operate and cost-effective.
