Machine Working Principle:
Compressed air is first purified by an air purification system to remove impurities such as oil, water, and dust. The purified air then enters an adsorption tower filled with zeolite molecular sieves. In the tower, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, water vapor, and other gases are selectively adsorbed by the molecular sieves, while oxygen passes through due to its higher diffusion rate, achieving effective separation of oxygen and nitrogen.
When the adsorption tower becomes saturated with nitrogen and other impurities, the pressure is reduced to desorb and regenerate the zeolite molecular sieves, allowing them to be reused. Two adsorption towers work alternately in a cyclic process, ensuring continuous production of high-purity oxygen.
