The CSY-1200 is a high-precision filling machine ideal for medical liquids, super glue, lash glue, nail gel, serums, and chemical reagents. Recommended for 2–100g applications, it offers an accuracy range of ≤0.2–0.5g. Featuring a peristaltic pump with a max flow rate of 1200ml/min, it enables fast filling and easy tube replacement. The system is resistant to heat, acids, alkalis, and solvents — suitable for most non-silicone-corrosive liquids.

For viscous liquids exceeding 30g per fill, we recommend the CSY-3500 model.
