The CSY-M90 is a precision liquid filling machine designed for micro-dosage applications such as diluted medicines, chemical reagents, and trial-size liquids. Featuring a miniature peristaltic pump, it offers strong chemical resistance and precise filling with a recommended range of 0.5–10g. It supports up to 300g filling with a total error margin of ≤0.1g. Ideal for users requiring ultra-precise dosing.

For general use where ±0.1g accuracy is not mandatory, the CSY-1200 is recommended.

1: High-Precision Micro Filling

Recommended range: 0.5–10g with overall accuracy ≤0.1g; ideal for reagents, test liquids, and precise micro-dosing.

2: Corrosion-Resistant Pump System

Uses a miniature peristaltic pump that is resistant to heat, acids, and alkalis — compatible with most non-silicone-corrosive liquids.

3: Flexible Nozzle & Filling Setup

Standard 3mm filling head; can be fitted with a 1.5mm tip for ultra-precision; supports up to 300g filling and 90ml/min flow rate.
