This high-precision conveyor type metal detector (Model SA-990) is designed for detecting ferrous, non-ferrous and stainless-steel contaminants in food products such as meat, bakery items, sausages, fruits, vegetables, dairy, spices and sugar. Its customizable detection tunnel and conveyor dimensions allow adaptation to different production requirements. Equipped with a new-generation touch-screen control system, the detector uses digital processing to automatically capture optimal signal points, improving detection accuracy and stability. The machine supports over 200 product memory presets, enabling fast switching between multiple SKUs on a single production line.
