Products Features

1: The machine tool body adopts HT300 high grade cast iron; Japan THK rail is adopted. C3 high precision screw is used in all three axes, 5 FAG original bearings, 3 motor end + 2 tail end, pre-stretching treatment.


2: BT50-190 Taiwan original spindle; The main shaft end has a labyrinth blowing device to protect the main shaft; Spindle configuration ring spray, improve the processing quality.


3: Three axis grating ruler is selected to strictly ensure the positioning accuracy of the machine.


4: Double switching table/four-axis turntable,Realize work exchange and improve processing efficiency;The workpiece is placed outside, convenient for clamping;High rigidity alloy turbine, wear resistance, high positioning accuracy;Relock, reduce deformation, resistant to recutting.
