Products Configuration
Optional Configurations:
Products Features
2.The main body of the machine tool features an improved gantry-type three-coordinate structure: the integrated bed design enhances structural stability. A triangular crossbeam is positioned above the bed using a three-point support approach, ensuring beam anti-deformation capability. The lightweight design and center-driven structure provide an ideal foundation for achieving rapid feeds of up to 60m/min.
3.The three linear axes are positioned above the work area, improving chip evacuation performance and reducing failure rates.
4.Linear axes come standard with roller guide rails, with the option to upgrade to closed-loop optical scales for increased precision.
5.The dual-axis compound rotary table is installed below the left and right walls at the front end of the base. The rotating axis is relatively independent of the linear axes, providing the tools with independent dynamic performance and convenience for programming and machining.
6.The standard compound rotary table employs a large reduction ratio worm gear and worm drive mechanism for high-torque transmission, while the optional version uses torque motors for high-speed direct drive. Both rotary tables are equipped with high-precision thrust/radial bearings and rotary encoders, enabling closed-loop control of the A and C axes and ensuring high-precision angle control.
7.The standard spindle is directly connected to the servo motor via a high-torque flexible coupling, and an optional high-speed electric spindle is available.
8.The tool changer is integrated with the machine body, saving space. Tool movement in three axes exhibits independent dynamic characteristics.
9.The elevating automatic chip removal device is positioned under the base for rear chip removal, effectively reducing the machine's footprint.
