The MDH series horizontal machining center is a high-efficiency and precision machining center developed and produced by our company. It is widely applicable to the machining of various components in industries such as automotive, mold-making, and machinery manufacturing. These components include box parts, shell parts, disc-shaped parts, and complex-shaped parts. With just one setup, the machine can automatically complete multi-process machining on all four sides, including milling, boring, drilling, reaming, tapping, and chamfering.

Products Features

1: High Precision: The X, Y, and Z axes of the machine tool all adopt advanced hollow cooling technology, effectively controlling thermal deformation during machining and enhancing machining accuracy. Additionally, the machine has temperature compensation capabilities, with temperature sensors installed at critical points. The CNC system analyzes and compensates for temperature variations, ensuring high precision and stability. The machine's positioning accuracy is 0.010mm, and its repeatability is 0.006mm.


2: High Speed: The machine tool features an electric spindle structure with a maximum speed of 8000rpm and internal two-speed variations (optional 12000rpm electric spindle and 4000rpm gear spindle). It can fulfill both low-speed cutting requirements and high-speed machining demands. The X, Y, and Z axis linear guides employ high-rigidity linear roller guides, allowing for rapid movement at speeds of up to 45m/min, and cutting speeds of 20m/min. The machine's tool changer disengages the spindle, changes the tool, and re-engages the spindle using a cam mechanism for quick tool changes (change time: 2.5 seconds). The worktable exchange process uses hydraulic lifting and continuous cam movement for rapid exchange (exchange time: 12.5 seconds), with a 90° indexing time of 4.5 seconds.


3: High Rigidity: The main components of the machine are made of resin sand castings, with the bed being a monolithic casting. The columns, slideways, and worktable move on the bed. The worktable and tool changer robot are fixed to the bed, ensuring overall rigidity. Additionally, finite element analysis was employed during the design process to optimize the machine's structure.
