This machine tool is a CNC horizontal lathe with two-axis control: vertical (Z) and horizontal (X). It is capable of automatically performing cutting processes such as internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, circular arc surfaces, end faces, grooving, and chamfering for large shaft-like and disc-like parts. It can also perform various turning processes, including metric straight threads, end face threads, imperial straight threads, and tapered threads. The CKA61100M and CKA61125M models utilize CNC systems from well-known domestic and international companies such as FANUC and Siemens, enabling multiple repetitive machining cycles for workpieces. It is suitable for the production of a variety of products in large quantities and excels particularly in the machining of complex and high-precision parts.
