Its key components — including the bed, column, saddle, and spindle head — are made of high-strength cast iron optimized with 3D design and advanced heat treatment, ensuring excellent vibration resistance and thermal stability. Equipped with the Taiwan SYNTEC 22MA CNC system, the VMC855 offers powerful control, smooth operation, and high machining efficiency. Using HIWIN roller linear guideways and precision ball screws, it provides outstanding positioning accuracy and motion sensitivity. The Taiwan TAI DA high-speed spindle and FANGGUAN 24-tool ATC enable fast, reliable, and precise tool changes for continuous, high-performance metal machining.
