It is controlled by a dual channel system and can achieve independent machining on both sides. Mainly used for efficient processing of multi-faceted parts such as boxes, structural components, and irregular parts. Based on the weight, size, and rotation division angle requirements of the workpiece, the indexing type of the turntable (0.001 °/1 °) is selected. In addition, with the dual channel control system, efficient simultaneous processing of the opposite side can be achieved. The system can choose from Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Siemens, new generation CNC, etc., with an efficiency increase of about 200%.
