Product Description

This machine adopts the combination of horizontal and vertical machining centers to form a small flexible manufacturing unit, which is suitable for high-precision machining of box and shaped parts. It can complete multi-face flexible machining in one clamping, reduce overturning error, improve machining accuracy, and save 40% of floor space at the same time. It has the advantages of high efficiency (reducing clamping time), high precision (eliminating positioning error) and high flexibility (adapting to multi-species production), and can be equipped with Fanuc, Mitsubishi and Siemens systems, as well as scale feedback, tool center cooling, ATC robotic tool changer, automatic measurement of the workpiece and other functions, providing customers with cost-effective intelligent manufacturing solutions.
