XQL-3200 Down-Acting Hybrid CNC Press Brake is engineered with a machine body optimized through finite element design, ensuring exceptional strength and rigidity during operation. It outperforms traditional CNC press brakes by increasing the filling fluid flow rate and oil pump displacement, as well as optimizing the cylinder area ratio. This results in a Y-axis movement frequency that is 25% higher than that of conventional bending machines. The press brake utilizes high-frequency response proportional valves to deliver outstanding stability and precision during high-speed operations. Moreover, enhancements to the closing height, throat depth, inner stop distance, and slider stroke facilitate easier bending and handling of large and complex workpieces, providing superior performance without additional costs.
Product Details:
1. The whole steel plate is welded to form a better overall force situation.
2. Vibration aging is used to relieve the internal pressure of the frame, which will not deform after processing.
3. The frame is machined on a CNC five-sided machining center and clamped at the same time to ensure the accuracy of the frame.
4. The C-shaped throat compensation device is installed under the throat of the machine tool and connected to the detection device above, so the slight deformation of the bending of the machine tool will not affect the measurement accuracy of the system, ensuring the thickness and material of any plate.
